进口转关所需资料

1、司机本。在主管海关或深圳海关任意方备案均可用。

2、进境货物载货清单。即司机纸，需一式三联；每联均加盖收货人公章、货运公司拖运章及报关行报关专用章并注明收发货人名称、地址、联络电话。

3、发票和装箱单。各需一式二份，并加盖外商章，装箱单需注明集装箱号。如有两个集装箱，需注明每一集装箱的装箱明细。

4、海运提单。正本及复印件。如中途发生转船需提供一程提单，并由船公司确认正确的船名、航次，并将提单上的英文货名翻译成中文货名。正本提单用于在船代换取提货单，报关提供复印件即可，但需加盖船公司确认章。

5、主管海关预申报报关单。复印件即可。

The required datum of imports charge custom:

2. List of imported goods,which is the driver bumf, required Triple-A; Consignee’s seal, freight company’s seal and declaration’s seal on each page,and indicated the distribute and the receive person’s names, addresses, telephone.

3. Invoices and packing lists.Both needed a duplicate, and put foreign merchant’s seal on in. The container number must be marked with the packing lists. For two containers must be marked with each cargo list

4. BILL OF LADING. Original and duplicate. If need changing ship in halfway must provide one way Delivery Order, the shipping company identified by the vessel, the voyage and translate the English name goods were on Delivery Order into Chinese. Original is be used to exchange Delivery Order.Declaration could provide duplicate, which need shipping company’s seal.

5. Bill of declaration prepare to declaration for in charge customs. Duplicate is OK
